Our research

We study living systems, environmental change, and speculative futures through creation-based methods within the fields of bioart and ecoart.

By combining artistic inquiry, ecological thinking, scientific reasoning, and emerging technologies we research how humans, nonhumans, environments, and media shape one another. Through interdisciplinary methods, we create work that responds to urgent ecological and cultural questions. We partner with campus-based creative research and the broader community that address environmental awareness, cultural vitality, and ecological responsibility across Indiana and beyond.
